An office mural that incorporates

the entire team.

Created in downtown Seattle, this team building mural was created at the Assurance headquarters in Washington State. My new company Team Building Murals specializes in team-building experiences.

We started the mural off with a 24/7 live web cam where Assurance employees could login to see the mural unfold over the week.

Colors, personalization and details: the mural required that the team decide what the mural would be comprised of.

We started on the MURAL app where digitally, people wrote what they wanted to see in the mural. Mountains, inside office joke memes, quotes, pine trees, PNW theme, orcas, ferries, salmon, and the honoring of a man of leadership through his love for fishing.

The wonderful thing about the team-building murals is that they are inclusive and have the opportunity to add in personal details and inside design and information. The mosaic style allows for this type of beauty and detail.
